Clear before you begin
Do I need a POS system?
No. The current pilot works standalone; a POS connection is a planned later phase.
Can I use a barcode scanner?
Not yet. Scanner support is planned, not available in the current pilot; receiving is manual today, with camera, USB scanner and GS1 entry planned.
What happens to expired food?
Lots and expiry remain visible in stock. Automated waste or supplier-return tasks are not available in the current pilot.
Does it work for several stores?
Yes for separate stock and location access. Transfers between locations are planned but not yet available.
Is this till or accounting software?
No. Warehouse manages inventory and operations. It does not issue fiscal receipts, process payments or replace accounting.
